• Home subscriptions are yearly and automatically renew via PayPal unless cancelled.
• School purchases are one-off payments processed via Stripe and do not automatically renew.
• It is your responsibility to manage your PayPal subscription where applicable.
• Access to digital content, including games and related resources, is provided immediately upon purchase.
• Home purchasers have immediate access to the games. School purchasers have immediate access to the games included with their purchase.
• Some programme materials or features may be viewable on the website but not included with all purchase types.
• By purchasing access, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately and that your right to cancel may be affected.
• You have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may request a refund. However, where access to the service has already begun, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction or refuse a refund where the service has been fully used.

• After the cooling-off period, access may be cancelled at any time, but refunds will not be provided.
• Once cancelled, a home subscription will not renew.
